At Aurora DPC, our mission is to provide personalized, relationship-based primary care through a simple membership model. We believe healthcare should be easier to access, less rushed, and more focused on prevention, trust, and long-term health.
By offering longer visits, timely appointments, direct communication, and transparent pricing, we help individuals, families, and small businesses experience primary care the way it should be: personal, practical, and centered around the patient.
Founder & Primary Care Provider
Irina is a board-certified Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing personalized, relationship-based healthcare for adults. She believes exceptional primary care begins with listening, building trust, and giving patients the time they deserve.
Rather than rushed appointments and reactive medicine, Irina focuses on prevention, early intervention, and partnering with patients to help them achieve and maintain long-term health. She takes a comprehensive approach to primary care, managing both acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing wellness, preventive care, and healthy aging.
As a member of The Menopause Society, Irina also has a special interest in women's midlife health and remains current with the latest evidence-based recommendations for menopause care.
At Aurora DPC, Irina offers longer appointments, direct access, and a personalized care experience designed around the patient, not the healthcare system. Her mission is simple: to provide accessible, compassionate primary care that empowers patients to make informed decisions and live healthier lives.

Answers to common questions about Aurora Direct Primary Care memberships.
Aurora DPC is a membership-based primary care practice and does not bill health insurance for services provided through the membership, including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or commercial insurance plans.
Although Irina Danilova is a participating Medicare provider, Medicare and other insurance plans are not accepted as payment for Aurora DPC membership services. This allows us to provide longer appointments, direct access, and personalized care without the restrictions of the traditional insurance model.
Patients are encouraged to maintain health insurance to cover services outside of Aurora DPC, such as specialist visits, hospitalizations, emergency care, imaging, laboratory services, and prescription medications.
If you are a Medicare beneficiary interested in receiving care through your Medicare benefits, please visit our Aurora Adult Primary Care practice, which provides Medicare-covered primary care services.
Yes. If you are already stable on your current hormone replacement therapy regimen, we are happy to continue prescribing and monitoring your treatment as part of your ongoing primary care, when medically appropriate.
If you are seeking an initial menopause evaluation, experiencing new or worsening symptoms, or would like a comprehensive assessment and personalized hormone therapy plan, we recommend scheduling a consultation through Aurora Menopause & Midlife Health. This specialty program provides an in-depth evaluation, individualized treatment recommendations, and ongoing management tailored to your unique needs.
Direct Primary Care or DPC is an innovative alternative payment model where the provider charges the patient an affordable monthly subscription fee. The DPC allows patients to gain unrestricted access to their provider and address health needs that are not typically covered by insurance, such as weight loss medications, bioidentical hormone replacement treatments, functional medicine, etc. The amount of the fee usually depends on the patient's needs, chronic conditions, and age. DPC does not replace insurance plans that may pay for certain laboratory testing and imaging, regular medications, or specialty/emergent care.
Obesity is considered a chronic disease, so we assist and provide medical and pharmacological treatment for obesity.
Aurora DPC is designed to provide ongoing, relationship-based primary care, not episodic or urgent care services.
If you're considering joining our practice, you're welcome to schedule a one-time consultation for $150 to meet your provider, discuss your healthcare needs, and learn how our membership works.
Should you enroll in Aurora DPC within 60 days, your consultation fee will be applied toward your comprehensive new member visit.
We do not accept Medicaid.
We draw labs in the office only for an additional fee of $20. In-home, we may refer you to a mobile lab that comes to your house and collects necessary lab specimens if you desire. However, depending on the lab, this service may cost you an additional convenience fee.
We refer our patients to a pain specialist in your area for management of chronic pain.
We'd love to hear from you. Reach out to schedule an appointment or ask any questions.
